  • Drink Water

Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your health and fitness. Water helps to lubricate joints, removes toxins, and generally improves overall performance by keeping your body hydrated. But it’s a fact that most people don’t drink enough water every day, which can lead to dehydration. And dehydration is a serious issue for health and for fitness; dehydration causes muscle cramps, headaches, mental fogginess—and really bad breath! To help make sure you’re getting enough water every day, aim for two liters (or 7 8-ounce glasses) of fresh water per day. Check out these ten tips on how to stay hydrated

  • Get Some Exercise

The first tip is to get some exercise every day. Exercise is better to get fresh day and try to do exercise daily to maintain your health. It’s also important that you pick a workout routine that fits into your lifestyle and schedule. Don’t worry if you can’t squeeze in 30 minutes of intense workouts three times a week, but remember to not skip workouts too often or overcommit yourself with multiple exercises at once, which could leave you feeling exhausted or frustrated. If you only have time for one exercise per day, make it walking! When possible, walk somewhere rather than drive (you'll burn more calories and reduce stress). Even when walking short distances—even just 10-15 minutes—try increasing your pace. If you're feeling brave, jog instead! You might find it feels easier than expected. With that said, don't forget about strength training! Strength training builds muscle mass that helps your body burn more calories even when resting so be sure to include strength-training routines on top of cardio work when you have time—and don't forget: Little changes like taking stairs instead of elevators can add up over time.Overweight – Most people are overweight because they eat too much food and lack physical activity each day.

  • Eat Smart

Consuming bad food in excess will cause weight gain and disease. You can eat good and fresh food daily 3 times a day and eat home made food with lots of vegetable and fruits and less oily. Try to cut down on meat consumption . Include good source of protein like soybeans, tofu, salmon etc. Include whole grains like brown rice, jowar, bajra etc in your diet as it is easy to digest and keeps you satiated for longer period of time. - Try to cut down on meat consumption - Include good source of protein like soybeans, tofu, salmon etc - Include whole grains like brown rice, jowar, bajra etc in your diet as it is easy to digest and keeps you satiated for longer period of time. • Sleep Well

Inadequate sleep leads to an overworked body, making you more prone to burnout. Your immune system suffers, too: It’s harder to fight off illness when you’re feeling tired. And then there are your mental skills. You might not be able to concentrate properly or remember things as well if you don’t get enough sleep. And that also leads to burnout and an inability to produce qqualityqqualityualityuality work. The bottom line is: If your body is working hard all day, it needs adequate rest at night—about seven hours for adults in a regular bed (or eight hours for teenagers). Getting less than that can lead to serious health problems down the road. If you have trouble sleeping, try avoiding caffeine after lunchtime; avoid eating large meals before bed; avoid alcohol and tobacco; keep your bedroom cool, dark, quiet and comfortable; use your bedroom only for sleeping and sex; exercise regularly but not right before going to bed.

  • Stay Positive

You don’t have to be a professional athlete or an extrovert to be positive. You can still improve your fitness and health with positivity. Experts say that being positive can strengthen your immune system, help you relax and recover better from workouts, and make life more enjoyable overall. The key is to stay positive when things aren’t going well—even if you don’t feel like it. For example, if you’re in a gym class and are struggling with an exercise, rather than thinking Why am II doing push-ups? I hate them!, remind yourself that everyone starts somewhere and maybe after a few months you won't dread those exercises anymore. --> One should maintain positivity even at work place. While others may look happy but their inner self might not be so happy about something. By staying positive we will always look happy no matter what we are going through inside. We should not let our happiness depend on others because other people cannot understand us as they do not know what we think and feel inside. So let's all try to maintain our own peace of mind by keeping ourselves away from all negativity around us!

--> Keep a healthy diet: Eating right is one of the best ways to boost your fitness level, since your body needs proper nutrition to keep itself running smoothly.

  • Take Breaks

When you first start your workout, get yourself going with your personal favorite song. And while you’re breaking a sweat, try to keep a positive attitude. Don’t start thinking about how tired and sore you are – it will get worse and decrease your chances of reaching your fitness goals. Stay focused and motivated by continuing to listen to that song on repeat or talking to a friend who can help motivate you during a tough part of your routine. Remember: You chose these moments because they are things that make you happy! Take breaks in between annoying things, like when exercising with weights or doing cardio activities. This will allow you to enjoy those times and get more enjoyment out of them, instead of dreading them.

  • Lower Stress Levels

Stress affects every aspect of our health, including our weight. Being chronically stressed can increase your body’s production of cortisol, a hormone that triggers cravings for sugary foods and fat-filled ones. Whether you’re dealing with post-holiday stress or any other kind, exercise and relaxation techniques (such as breathing exercises) can help reduce your levels of cortisol and give you more control over your appetite. Lower stress levels also make it easier to sleep at night—and if you’re well rested, chances are you’ll be more active during the day and less prone to reaching for convenience foods that sabotage your diet.

  • Try New Things

If you can’t find a fitness program you like, maybe it’s time to try something new. Take up yoga or kickboxing, go running with friends or pick up a new sport. Moving your body in new ways is one of the best things you can do to stay fit and healthy—even if it doesn’t burn as many calories as running 10 miles each day. Some of my favorite new things are taking daily walks and learning basic yoga poses from YouTube videos.

  • Practice Gratitude

A simple technique that can positively affect your physical and mental health. By consciously focusing on things we’re grateful for, we can train our brains to have more positive thoughts and improve overall well-being. And if you’re looking to drop a few pounds, one study found practicing gratitude daily led to lower BMIs in women.

  • Don’t Stop Now

It’s easy to get discouraged when you don’t see instant results. But it can take weeks to notice improvements, and months before changes become permanent. Just because you can’t see something doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. Keep exercising even when you don’t feel like it—the results will be worth it in time.
